Scott Schroeder, age 45:
Mr. Schroeder was elected to the Board in 2008 and 2011. Scott represents Paulding, Putnam, and Van Wert Counties. His term expires in 2014. Region 1.

Charles Bostdorff, age 65:
Mr. Bostdorff was elected to the Board in 2001 and re-elected in 2004, 2007, and 2010. He represents Western Lucas, Henry and Wood Counties.  His term  expires in 2013. Region 2.

Jerry Layman, Vice Chairman, age 63:
Mr. Layman was elected to the Board in 2004, 2007, and 2010, representing Hardin and Hancock Counties. His term expires in 2013. Region 3.

Deborah Johlin-Bach, age 55:
Mrs. Johlin-Bach was elected in 2007 and 2010 representing Eastern Lucas, Ottawa and Sandusky Counties. Her term expires in 2013. Region 4.

Gary Baldosser, age 45:
Mr. Baldosser was elected to the Board in 2009 representing Seneca County. His term expires in 2012. Region 5

Keith Roberts, age 62:
Mr. Roberts was elected to the Board in 2006 and 2009 representing Marion and Wyandot Counties.  His term expires in 2012.  Region 6.

Mike Stump, age 53:
Mr. Stump was elected to the Board in 2008 and 2011 representing Crawford and Morrow counties. His term expires in 2014. Region 7.

Hal Dalton, Chairman, age 58:
Mr. Dalton was elected to the Board in 2000, re-elected in 2003, 2006 and 2009. The position represents Erie, Huron and Lorain Counties.  His term expires in 2012. Region 8.

Paul Aley, age 67:
Mr. Aley was appointed as an Outside Director in 2005 and 2008. His term expires in 2011.

Harold Lunde, age 82:
Mr. Lunde was appointed as an Outside Director in 2005, 2007, and 2010. His was re-appointed at the April 2010 Board Organizational meeting. His current term expires in 2013.

Nominating Committees

Our Cooperative’s Nominating Committee

Who knows better what Farmers need, than farmers themselves?

 Ag Credit’s nominating committee is a committee comprised of 18 stockholders representing the 18 Counties within our Northern Ohio chartered territory.  They are elected by the voting stockholders of the cooperative. As a nominating committee member, their responsibility is to identify, evaluate, and nominate at least two willing and suit­able candidates for each open director posi­tion.  By being the representative of their own County, they better know who would make a strong director candidate. 

The committee also nominates candidates to replace themselves on the next year’s Nominating Committee.

Because a nominating committee is not a committee of the board, its independence from board and management influence is critical to the success of our financial coop­erative and the preservation of stockholder control.
