Scott Schroeder, age 41:
Mr. Schroeder was elected to the Board in 2008. Scott represents Paulding, Putnam, and Van Wert Counties. His term expires in 2011. Region 1.

Charles Bostdorff, Chairman, age 61:
Mr. Bostdorff was elected to the Board in 2001 and re-elected in 2004 and 2007. He represents Western Lucas, Henry and Wood Counties.  His term  expires in 2010. Region 2.

Jerry Layman, age 59:
Mr. Layman was elected to the Board in 2004 and 2007 representing Hardin and Hancock Counties.  His term expires in 2010. Region 3.

Deborah Johlin-Bach, age 51:
Mrs. Johlin-Bach was elected in 2007 representing Eastern Lucas, Ottawa and Sandusky Counties.  Her term expires in 2010.  Region 4.

Jerry Bumb, age 58:
Mr. Bumb was elected to the Board in 2003 and 2006, representing Seneca County.  His term expires in 2009. Region 5.

Keith Roberts, age 58:
Mr. Roberts was elected to the Board in 2006 representing Marion and Wyandot Counties.  His term expires in 2009.  Region 6.

Mike Stump, age 49:
Mr. Stump was elected to the Board in 2008 representing Crawford and Morrow counties. His term expires in 2011. Region 7.

Hal Dalton, Vice Chairman, age 54:
Mr. Dalton was elected to the Board in 2000, re-elected in 2003 and 2006. The position represents Erie, Huron and Lorain Counties.  His term expires in 2009. Region 8.

Paul Aley, age 63:
Mr. Aley was appointed as an Outside Director in 2005. His term expires in 2008.

Harold Lunde, age 78:
Mr. Lunde was appointed as an Outside Director in 2005 and 2008. His term expires in 2011.
